The Board of Directors is a group of volunteers who act as the governing body of the Foundation responsible for setting the mission and strategic direction of the organization and for the oversight of the finances, operations, and policies. The Board of Directors’ committee opportunities includes Board Development, Finance, Media & Public Relations, and Fund Raising. Directors with diverse backgrounds and skill sets are needed to help the Foundation move forward in supporting the West Richland community. The Board of Directors typically meet once every four to six weeks.
